My interest in Physical Therapy began early in life after suffering ankle and forearm injuries and was later reinforced following spinal fractures and a pair of knee surgeries throughout my high school career playing football, basketball, baseball, and wrestling for Onamia High School. I attended the College of St. Scholastica for both undergraduate and graduate degrees while serving as an Assistant Coach for the College’s Women’s Basketball team for four seasons as the strength and defensive coach.
My approach to physical therapy is to keep people active and at their highest level of participation for as long as possible through various exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular rehabilitation techniques. I strive to keep people athletic and active throughout every phase of life.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending free time powerlifting or outdoors to hunt, fish, and gather as a part of his Ojibwe culture. I also enjoy spending time with my family and attending many local sporting events.
