I am passionate about empowering patients to reach their desired level of function. I enjoy treating a wide variety of diagnoses from general aches and pains to helping athletes perform at a higher level. I became interested in pelvic rehabilitation after receiving mentorship early in my career. Since then I’ve become passionate about raising awareness about pelvic health and have special interest treating those experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, pain with intercourse, constipation, and other pelvic related issues. I treat each patient with an individual and holistic approach utilizing manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education to improve movement strategies. I believe in the importance of educating the community and local providers to improve early access to physical therapy care.

In my spare time, I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, and hot air ballooning when the winds are calm.
