I seek to transform and enhance the lives of the people I work with through individualized treatments utilizing Astym, manual therapy and specific selections of exercises to emphasize functional movement. I believe in motivating the individuals I work with by celebrating each success and seeing the opportunity in each challenge.
A lot of what drives my practice style and technique is my sports background which includes high school sports and competing in collegiate track and field. After college I found a love for outdoor adventures and participating in CrossFit as a way to push my abilities.
