Charles earned his Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University in 2016. While Charles attended Florida State, he was a member of the Florida State University Marching Chiefs from 2012-2015. Charles then earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2019.
Charles enjoys working in the outpatient therapy setting where he feels very comfortable treating general orthopedic conditions, pre/post operative conditions, balance impairments and vestibular dysfunction. Charles utilizes a combination of exercise, manual therapy, cupping, blood flow restriction and most importantly patient education to assist patients in their recovery. Charles wants to not only help you to move better and feel stronger, but also make sure that you learn more about your body and how it moves so that you can take ownership of your health and wellbeing.
Charles has lived in the Milton area since 2004 where he attended Milton High School. He enjoys spending time with his family and the family dogs, running, lifting weights and playing video games in his spare time.
