I graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from SUNY Downstate University in Brooklyn, New York in 2016. I came to the field of physical therapy after a 15 year career as a professional ballet dancer, working with the Kansas City Ballet, the Pennsylvania Ballet, and the Metropolitan Opera, to name a few. I have been practicing Pelvic Health since graduating from SUNY, initially under the tutelage of Amy Stein, a pioneer in the field of pelvic health and author of “Healing Pelvic Pain”.
In addition, I am a certified Pilates instructor with 18 years of experience and am trained in cranial sacral therapy techniques and visceral mobilization. My clinical approach is based in trauma informed care and pain neuroscience education. I want my patients to connect their minds and their bodies to achieve their fullest potential.
I am thrilled to be a part of the Viverant team to share my knowledge, my love of movement, and my passion for optimizing one’s health.
