I have been a physical therapist since 1995 and have worked in a variety of practice settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals, home health, and academia. Prior to joining Viverant, I taught in the DPT program at St. Catherine University for eight years.
I treat all general orthopedic conditions and have advanced continuing education in running gait analysis and treatment of running injuries, pelvic health, and Pilates. I discovered Pilates in 2007 following the birth of my second set of twins. I favor Pilates as a rehabilitation tool because it not only addresses strength, flexibility, and balance, but it also can be adapted to challenge any fitness level and accommodate most physical conditions and limitations.
I live in Lakeville with my husband, four children, and two dogs. I love photography, spending time with my family, and running. Although I will race almost any distance, my passion is the marathon and I am currently focused on running a marathon in all 50 states.
