Meghan earned her BA in Economics at Binghamton University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY. At Binghamton, she played Division 1 soccer all 4 years and worked with the strength and conditioning department for all sports in her last 6 months of school. Meghan then went on to be a Personal Trainer for 2 years prior to deciding that being a Physical Therapist was a better fit for her. Meghan has worked in various different outpatient orthopedic settings with her first position being at one of the top 20 orthopedic hospitals in the nation based in New York. She has experience working with various musculoskeletal conditions and limitations, ACL rehabilitation, running injuries, chronic spine pain, and even prevention of injury and performance enhancement in athletes. Her focus is having every patient walk out feeling more empowered as well as having a better control of their body and life compared to when they walked in. Meghan is very competitive in nature and she shares that competitiveness with optimizing her treatment and outcomes with her patients. She grew up an identical twin so competitiveness is not only in her physical nature but is integrated into most aspects of her life.

In Meghan’s free time, she spends time with her incredible husband and dog, travels with her identical twin, and runs half marathons. She has a goal of running a half marathon in all 50 states and is close to half way there.
