I have a unique perspective on rehabilitation following a sport-related injury I sustained while in Physical Therapy school. Through my experience with my own post-op recovery and return to sporting activities, I am able to empathize with athletes and anyone who has been limited in their ability to participate in their desired activities due to injury/pain. I strive to empower my patients to achieve their individual goals through education and evidence-based interventions.
I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Franklin Pierce University in Phoenix, AZ. I have experience working in general Outpatient Orthopedics as well as with elite level high school and collegiate athletes. Prior to my education as a Physical Therapist, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a setting with residents who had physical and/or cognitive disabilities. These diverse experiences have made me comfortable working with a wide variety of patient populations and diagnoses.
On my days away from the studio you can find me spending quality time with my wife and dog, walking a frisbee golf course, shooting hoops, or playing on my drum set to anything on the radio.
