Sue is passionate about guiding clients towards their goals and helping them to develop better movement strategies through Pilates.  Pilates helps to build strength, flexibility and endurance in order to live without limitations.  

Sue originally went into teaching Pilates with the mindset of fitness, with an athletic clientele in mind and has since developed a deep passion for working with rehab clients and those in pain.  She enjoys working with clients of all ages, fitness levels, body types and backgrounds and especially those that are new to Pilates or those recovering from injuries/surgeries/and new mothers.

Sue enjoys staying active by paddle boarding, hiking, kayaking, doing yoga, spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading for book clubs, and volunteering.   

Sue’s Pilates training includes STOTT PILATES® on Mat and Reformer, Injuries and Special Populations, and Total Barre. Sue is also BALANCED BODY trained in Cadillac.
