Ryan Keller, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS

I graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2020. After graduation I moved to Houston, Texas to complete a sports residency program through Houston Methodist Hospital. This residency allowed me to work alongside surgeons, physicians and physical therapists in professional baseball, football and Division I athletics. During my residency I worked towards obtaining my board specialty in sports physical therapy in 2022. I have spent the last 2 years working as residency coordinator for the Houston Methodist Baytown Sports Residency where I lead weekly mentorship sessions and performed lectures and presentations with current sports residents. Sharing a clinic with surgeons in professional baseball has allowed me to pursue my passion and enhance my understanding on the complexity of baseball player rehabilitation and other overhead athletes. My other areas of expertise and clinical interest include ACL, knee, ankle, hip and core muscle injury rehab. I believe physical therapy should be individualized, as there is no one global program that will address everyone’s deficits. I also believe that objective and sport specific testing is vital to safely returning athletes to prior activity. Personal interests include traveling, trying global cuisine, hiking, camping, and spending time with my wife and golden retriever. I am an avid Vikings and Twins fan and am always interested in talking about them.
