What happens at a Movement Assessment?

 

You’ll meet one-on-one with a Physical Therapist to talk about what you’re feeling and what your goals are for healing and recovery. They’ll look at your range of motion and body mechanics to better understand what’s causing your pain, tightness or weakness, and make a recommendation for treatment.

 

We offer Movement Assessments at any one of our Anytime Fitness Studio locations with flexible scheduling options. And if you decide to proceed with treatment, you can work with the same Physical Therapist who performs your Movement Assessment. They’ll be ready to help you build a personalized plan of care to help you move and feel the way you want.
