Viverant Physical Therapy is an in-network provider for most health insurance payers, even without a referral from a physician. The amount you pay will be determined by your insurance payer, considering your plan’s deductible, co-insurance, copays and out of pocket maximum. In most cases, your total out-of-pocket expenses come at a reduced cost to you. We also offer “pay-as-you-go” pricing so you can simply pay for our services as you use them.
