Work Conditioning

Work Conditioning is a physical therapy care plan specifically designed to help people who are injured on the job heal from their injuries and return to work with the flexibility, strength, endurance and knowledge needed to work safely and avoid future injuries. If you’ve been injured in a workplace incident, Viverant Work Conditioning may be part of your Worker’s Compensation process.

Our approach to treatment

Our approach to Work Conditioning begins with a one-on-one consultation and assessment by a Viverant Physical Therapist to review your symptoms and pain points, understand the physical requirements of your job, and build a rehabilitation program tailored to your needs and goals. Your PT will draw from a wide range of therapeutic techniques to treat your injury, helping you develop sound body mechanics and safe movement patterns. Work Conditioning typically involves treatment sessions three times a week for a total of 3-5 hours, depending on your condition and goals, completed over a 6-8 week time frame.
