Stephanie Skeba, CPT, RD, LDN, CLT

I grew up in Chicago and at age eight went to “Take Your Daughter To Work Day” with my physician father. He brought me to an open-heart surgery and showed me a patient’s adipose tissue telling me “This is what happens when you eat junk food and don’t move your body.” It was obviously an impactful moment and the first time I connected food and exercise to the body.

I was a multi-sport athlete and have competed in marathon’s, Ironman’s, and CrossFit competitions.

I attended Purdue University, where I majored in Dietetics. I completed my ACE Personal Training Certification as well as becoming a Registered Dietitian in 2007. I am Precision Nutrition Certified and DONA International Doula trained. Outside of work, I teach CrossFit classes and help parents through birth as a Birth Doula.

I have been helping clients move pain free and enrich their lives with nutrition and exercise since 2008. I have worked in fitness studios, hospitals, and wellness centers. I love what I do, and my energy is contagious!
