Insurance

If your bill was processed through insurance and there is a balance owed, you can make a payment via our payment portal by clicking the “Make a Payment” button below. You can also call our billing department at 952-512-5625.

Cash-Pay

Pay-As-You-Go rates are due in full at time of service and will be collected at your appointment. If your appointment is at one of our studios inside Anytime Fitness one of our Patient Service Representatives will call you for payment.

CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed for your health and wellness needs. It’s an alternative way to pay for treatments and procedures, and provides the option for convenient monthly payments. Click the “CareCredit Account” button below to create your own account, or to make a payment.
