I was drawn to a career in Physical Therapy after experiencing an assortment of sports related injuries while competing in football, wrestling, and baseball. I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota in 2017. I am also a proud alumni of the University of Minnesota—Duluth, where I received my under-graduate education.
My treatment approach includes a balance of therapeutic exercise and manual therapy. I believe strongly in the phrase ‘knowledge is power,’ thus, I place a premium on patient education to empower patients to take an active role in their recovery. I enjoy treating the wide variety of orthopedic and athletic injuries and conditions seen in the outpatient setting, but have a special interest in shoulder and return to sport rehabilitation.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, grilling, following MN sports, and maintaining an active lifestyle through running, strength training, and spending time outdoors.
