Nick Del Giudice, PT, DPT

I grew up in Chisago Lakes, MN where I played hockey, baseball, football, and lacrosse. I attended the University of St. Thomas for my undergraduate degree and played several seasons of rugby before I got into powerlifting, which I’ve been competing in for 8+ years. I have competed in 2 national championships and have squatted and deadlifted over 600 lbs, and benched 375 lbs. My background at St. Thomas was in strength & conditioning and athletic development. I then went to the College of St. Scholastica for my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and graduated in May of 2022. I have a passion for athletics and treating athletes. As a physical therapist, I treat athletes not to get back to 100%, but to push them further and ensure they return to their sport better than they were before their injury.
