Cecilia Hammond, DPT

I grew up in White Bear Lake and went to the College of Saint Benedict where I earned my bachelor’s degree in nutrition. I went on to receive my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. I enjoy treating a variety of diagnoses and injuries across the lifespan and have also found a passion for treating pelvic health, both male and female.

Growing up I was either on the volleyball court or the rugby pitch. I continue to play sports intramurally whenever I get the chance. Starting in high school and all throughout my undergrad I played rugby on many club and national teams (both 15’s and 7’s); I even got a replay on ESPN+! I also had the opportunity to coach St. Ben’s Rugby team which was a wonderful experience. Outside of work I like to spend my time hiking, traveling, and hanging out with family and friends.
