I graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in Kinesiology + Exercise and Movement Science and earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
I specialize in dance rehabilitation, injury prevention, and safe return-to-sport. As a former studio, high school, and collegiate dancer, I understand the strength and flexibility needed to perform at a high level. I am lucky enough to work with dance teams and studios throughout Minnesota.
I am passionate about helping people regain function and live active, healthy lives. I build strong relationships with my patients and help them advocate for themselves within the healthcare system. I enjoy working with athletes of all levels and those needing pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. I am also passionate about working with children and have clinical experience in outpatient pediatrics.
Outside of work, I enjoy lake life, bonfires, concerts, spending time with friends, and getting outside daily.
