Melanie Kielsa, DPT

I was born and raised in Melrose, MN. I attended the College of Saint Benedict for my undergraduate and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 2013. I continued my education at the University of Jamestown where I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017.

I have been working in outpatient orthopedics for 6 years and I have a passion for helping people get back to their normal life by utilizing hands on manual therapy techniques, Dry Needling, and personalized functional strengthening. I treat a wide variety of patients and conditions including pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic floor, geriatrics, Temporomandibular Dysfunction, spine, and extremities. I am extremely passionate about discovering what drives my patients and augmenting that drive to reach their goals. I have a passion for instilling a healthy lifestyle to keep them doing the things that they love! I advocate for my patients in all ways to give them the best care possible.

In my free time I take advantage of all seasons MN has to offer by spending time on the lake, fishing in the BWCA, hunting in the fall, and snowmobiling in the winter with my husband and kids, family and friends.
