I was first introduced to the field of Physical Therapy after experiencing a series of sports-related injuries growing up. That firsthand experience sparked a deep interest in movement, healing, and rehabilitation. I went on to earn my undergraduate degree in Biology from Bemidji State University, followed by my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the College of Saint Scholastica.
My treatment philosophy centers on active patient involvement. I believe that combining patient education, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular techniques helps foster long-term recovery and independence. I am passionate about helping my patients build confidence in their health journey and become strong advocates for themselves within the healthcare system.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll likely find me outdoors with my family, feeding my sourdough starter, or diving into a good book (I’m part of more book clubs than I care to admit!). We love spending time at the lake, trying new recipes in the kitchen, cheering on the Vikings, and exploring new places. I’m always happy to swap book recommendations or favorite recipes!
