Our Running Performance Program starts with a comprehensive evaluation of your gait and form, including treadmill video analysis to identify your strengths and areas for improvement.


Sessions for recreational runners will focus on building strength, power, mobility and stride efficiency. Competitive runners will focus more on form optimization, efficiency and speed.
