As a licensed physical therapist, I am passionate about helping patients recover from injuries, return to high levels of performance, and break through fitness goals. I am dedicated to providing individualized care using evidence-based treatment approaches, including manual therapy, specific and customized exercise programming, and patient education to maximize strength, mobility, and overall quality of life.
I earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Gustavus Adolphus College while competing for the Gustavus Mens soccer team. Following undergraduate studies, I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from South College. I specializes in rehabilitation of the injured athlete, return to sport, and general orthopedic injuries.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors with family, including hiking and backpacking trips, mountain biking at Cuyuna, and spending time on the lake. Furthermore, I am passionate about my own fitness, and always pursuing a new challenge. Ask me about what I am currently training for!
