I am a Physical Therapist Assistant with 15 years of experience in spine specialty, TMD and headache management, as well as outpatient orthopedics for upper and lower body. I blend multiple manual techniques with functional strength to manage symptoms while correcting dysfunctional muscle patterns. My degree includes an Associates in Applied Science from Anoka Ramsey with a secondary degree in orthotic and prosthetic fabrication and fitting.

Camping, hiking and enjoying winter outdoor activities with my husband and three children fill my time. I am an avid reader of all things but enjoy historical fiction most.
