I was that kid that was always outside growing up. I started playing softball in fourth grade and since have gone to state and national championships. I have a degree in exercise and sports science and as a physical therapy assistant. I have several national certifications as a personal trainer and a background in Pilates. I also am a certified massage therapist and believe I bring a unique approach to treating clients. I like to spend my time outdoors when I can.
