I am a physical therapist with 16 years of experience working with orthopedic, neurologic and post-operative conditions. I am a credentialed Pelvic Rehab Specialist (PRPC) as well as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). I am originally from Colorado and enjoy hiking, skiing, and the outdoors. I was also a gymnast and have experience working with both gymnasts and dancers with return to sport following injury. I love helping people be their best selves and be as active as they would like to be.
