I have practiced outpatient orthopedic physical therapy in Duluth and the Twin Cities since 1997, with an emphasis in sports medicine and developing innovative models of care for my patients. I’ve had the privilege of traveling with the United States Junior Biathlon team in support of their training and rehabilitation needs.
My treatment philosophy encompasses a holistic and eclectic approach in seeking out root causes and customizing a functional program to meet each patient’s rehabilitation and performance goals. I utilize a robust combination of physical therapy techniques, with an emphasis on manual therapy and functional movement re-education. I believe that a well-educated patient is best positioned for consistent success. I enjoy working with persons of all ages and skill levels, from non-athletes to professional athletes to return them to the activities they love.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, supporting my kids’ hockey efforts, golfing, snowboarding, nordic skiing, in-line skating and fishing.
