Brian Lehr, PT, DPT

My passion for physical therapy began in high school after battling through some baseball and basketball injuries. I was lucky enough to have a great PT that opened my eyes to not only to the profession, but to how much of an impact a therapist can have on someone’s life. I joined Viverant to get more involved with young athletes and be a trusted resource for them and their families. I’ve been practicing in the Duluth area since graduating from CSS PT school in 2005. During that time, I developed a specialty practice for treating shoulders (especially overhead athletes) and received a golf rehab certification. I love incorporating manual therapy and exercise into pretty much every plan of care and enjoy the challenge of helping each patient achieve their goals. One of the very best parts of the job is meeting new people on a daily basis, all with different levels of ability and expectations, and helping them get back to what they love doing!

My time outside of work is primarily spent with my wife coordinating the schedules of our 3 busy boys and running them all over the state/region. Other down time is hopefully spent on the golf course with my friends and kids. You also can’t beat hiking some of the many trails Duluth has to offer or taking an early morning walk on the Lakewalk with a coffee, my wife, and our dog.
