I was born and raised in Red Wing, Minnesota. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in 2021 and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2024 from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

I am passionate about treating a wide variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions including nonoperative/ postoperative rehabilitation, balance training, pelvic health, and return to sport. My treatment approach involves manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription specific to each individual with utilization of evidence based practice. I am committed to structuring each plan of care to meet patients where they are and optimize each patient’s ability to return to doing what they love.

In my free time, I love weight lifting, practicing yoga, running, spending time with friends, and cheering for the Minnesota Wild and Minnesota Frost PWHL.
