I am originally from North Sioux City, South Dakota. I attended Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD for my undergraduate and obtained a Bachelor in Biology in 2014. During my time at Northern State, I was a member of the Cross Country and Track and Field teams. I then continued my journey to Fargo, ND where I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in 2017.
I am passionate about helping people reach their goals and getting back to things they love doing. I have always appreciated the time that I am able to spend with each patient and creating an individualized plan. I utilize a functional and hands on approach to my treatment plan along with more of a holistic methodology. My passion is pelvic health and I have treated this population since graduating physical therapy school. However, I do treat a variety of other dysfunctions as well; Temporomandibular Dysfunction, spine, lower extremities, headaches, and neuromuscular conditions. I am also certified in trigger point dry needling.
At home, I have a son, daughter, and golden doodle. My husband is also a Physical Therapist. When out of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends by being outside, camping, hiking, traveling and training for my next half marathon.
