I grew up on a small dairy farm in rural Minnesota. I graduated from Bethany Lutheran College with a bachelors in Exercise Science and then went on to pursue my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Concordia University St. Paul. While I have a natural love for sports, I have developed a passion for pelvic health. I enjoy learning about the opportunistic growth and strength that each human body holds, as well as being challenged by each unique individual that seeks care. I believe in a patient-centered approach to therapy by working with my patients to reach their personal goals.

In my free time, I enjoy going for walks with my dog, weight-lifting, and traveling to new places!
