I grew up in Bemidji, MN. I left the north land and went to college at Minnesota State University – Mankato where I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. I furthered my education by attending Anoka Ramsey Community College and graduated with my Associates in Applied Science and became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.

I have been in the workforce for 3 years with experience in in-patient and orthopedic out-patient settings. I have found my passion in the out-patient setting, helping patients get back to the activities they love by utilizing manual skills and implementing personalized functional strengthening programs. It is very important to me to keep my patients actively involved in their care to assist them in reaching their personal goals. I have a passion to aide in implementing a healthy lifestyle to keep patients happy and healthy in life! I strive to be an active and positive advocate for my patients.

When I am not at work, you can find me at the many state parks hiking and adventuring with my husband, no matter the season. Getting lost in the woods and nature is a healing place for us. I also take all the time I can to spend with friends and family.
