I have been a physical therapist since 1999 and have a passion for listening to patients and helping them achieve their individual goals. I have advanced training and experience in treating complex Women’s Health cases. My focus areas include Pregnancy, Incontinence, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, and Post-Surgical Dysfunctions. These Women’s Health specialty areas have also translated into successful therapy cases working with comparable Men’s Health issues related to Urological and pain.

I have extensive training in Manual Osteopathic Techniques, Myofascial Release, Lumbar and Sacral dysfunctions, and other spine related disorders. I am certified in Pilates since 2001 for mat work, and all apparatus of Pilates including Reformer, Trapeze Table and Chair.

I live in Minnetonka with my husband and two daughters. I enjoy family time, boating, biking, traveling, and being outdoors.
