I first discovered my passion for physical therapy after sustaining a knee injury while playing volleyball in high school. Thanks to a great rehab experience, I was able to return to the sport I love and earn a full-ride scholarship playing volleyball at the University of San Diego.

After college, I continued playing professionally in Europe for three years until another knee injury led to a new path forward. During my recovery, I returned to Minnesota and studied massage therapy and worked in chiropractor clinics and with LifeTime Fitness, which deepened my understanding of anatomy and movement. I went on to earn my PTA degree from Rasmussen University in 2021 and began my career in home health care before joining Viverant.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my two English Bulldogs, traveling, and staying active through F45 workouts, volleyball and outdoor adventures.
