I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a degree in Exercise & Sport Science, and a minor in Psychology. I played collegiate soccer while attending UWRF and continue to enjoy living an athletic lifestyle. I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota.

Prior to joining Viverant, I worked as a travel physical therapist-working in multiple states and treating a variety of orthopedic conditions with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I take a holistic treatment approach, prioritizing patient education and helping each person get back to the activities that matter the most to them.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with weightlifting and running, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with friends and family. In the summer, I love hiking and camping up the North Shore and spending time at the cabin. In the winter, I stay active with cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating.
