Jenna Opdahl, DPT, PRPC

I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree at Luther College where I also ran cross country and track. I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Iowa in 2019. I spent the first 4 years of my career practicing in Phoenix but decided to move back to the Midwest to be closer to family. While in Arizona, I pursued specialized training in pelvic health. I earned the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certificate through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and have experience treating men and women for most pelvic health conditions.

I collaborate with patients to create a personalized plan that will help them achieve their goals and believe education, empowerment, and a holistic treatment approach are essential parts of that process.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the great outdoors, traveling, running, hiking, reading, spending time with family and friends, and cheering for the Iowa Hawkeyes (Go Hawks!).
