In 2019, I received my Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from Gustavus Adolphus College where I also played soccer. Once I graduated, I worked in a residential mental health facility for a year, where I gained an appreciation for individualized care and the importance of treating every facet of one’s health. Then, in the spring of 2023 I graduated from the College of St. Scholastica with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
I enjoy working with a wide variety of patients to help them reach their individual goals, improve self-efficacy and promote independence in their daily life. I have a special interest treating conditions that fall in the pelvic health specialty, such as bladder/bowel impairment, pelvic pain and dysfunction, as well as pregnancy and postpartum care.
In my free time I enjoy being outside, exercising, reading, being at the cabin, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family!
