I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth where I obtained a B.A.S. in Exercise and Rehabilitation Science. I then received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.

I am passionate about treating the whole person and working as a teammate with my patients. I strive to help each individual reach their goals and optimize their quality of life. My treatment approach focuses on providing helpful education, functional exercise, and meeting each patient where they are.

Outside of work I enjoy hiking on the north shore, spending time outdoors, reading, and taking in new foster animals!
