Lauryn Roszak, DPT

After graduating from Eagan High School in Minnesota, I attended North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science while competing on the Women’s Soccer team. I continued my academic journey at Whitworth University in Spokane, WA, where I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree—and also had the opportunity to play on the Women’s Soccer team.

Throughout my life, I’ve been deeply involved in athletics, especially soccer and hockey. These experiences not only shaped my identity but also helped me build meaningful relationships and foster a strong sense of teamwork and discipline. Early on, I discovered my passion for physical therapy and found fulfillment in helping others reach their full potential. I am especially motivated to support and inspire individuals as they work toward personal growth—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Outside of the clinic, I’m an avid sports fan, with a particular love for ice hockey. I enjoy staying active through athletics, weightlifting, and hot yoga, all of which help me maintain both physical fitness and mental well-being. When I can, I love traveling with family and friends. I’ve been fortunate to explore many parts of the world—some of my favorite destinations include Reykjavík, Iceland, and London, England.
