I was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. I received my Bachelor’s degree in 2022 from Minnesota State University Moorhead and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2026 from the University of Jamestown in Fargo, North Dakota. I believe that movement is medicine and tailoring each treatment plan to the needs and ability of each individual is important to make physical therapy effective and enjoyable.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching football, running, lifting weights, and playing recreational sports with family and friends.
