I was born and raised in Waconia, MN, and went on to earn my degree in Exercise Science with minors in Sports Medicine and Psychology from Minnesota State University – Mankato. I then continued my education at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD, where I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2025.

I am passionate about health and wellness and love helping others improve their quality of life through personalized care. My goal as a physical therapist is to support each patient in reaching their fullest potential and returning to the activities they enjoy most.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, especially when it involves being on the lake or traveling to new places. I also love staying active through walking, golfing, and other outdoor activities. Whether I’m relaxing with loved ones or exploring the outdoors, I value creating a healthy, balanced lifestyle—something I strive to help my patients achieve as well.
