My interest in physical therapy stems from my involvement in various sports throughout high school and college. I have seen the impact PT can have in allowing for full optimal movement and performance, not only in the return-to-sport realm, but in all aspects of life. I believe in the value of walking alongside patients in their individual journeys of recovery, providing skilled listening, knowledge, and tools to help them get back to doing the things they love. I believe in a comprehensive, multi-modal approach, using exercise, manual therapy techniques, and functional movement training to find the unique blend best for each patient.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, traveling, camping, and reading. I continue to live an active lifestyle and enjoy playing on a competitive men’s league soccer team, as well as golfing and participating in frequent pickup games of basketball and volleyball.
