I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse in 2013 and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Concordia University of Wisconsin in 2016. I received my trigger point dry needling certification from Myopain Seminars in August 2018. I examine the whole person, not just the specific diagnosis to better provide comprehensive care. i incorporate manual therapy in combination with exercise and education to treat spine and orthopedic conditions. I enjoy working with a variety of patients and have a passion for working with patients who are motivated as well as overhead athletes and the pediatric population.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family doing anything active outdoors, playing tennis and golf, biking, or playing a competitive board game. I also love to root for the Green Bay Packers!
