My journey began as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Personal Trainer. My mission and dedication to elevating physical health and wellness overall is the root of my passion.

As a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, the center of my professional ethos lies in a commitment to help people move better, feel better and feel more confident in their ability to do so. I have a special interest in CORE strengthening, pelvic floor therapy, myofascial release, injury prevention and Pilates for rehabilitation.

When I am not working, I am playing with my four huskies.
