It has been a privilege to walk alongside people in their journey to improve their quality of life and health. I became a physical therapist in 2017 and have enjoyed seeing people achieve improved health markers and healing from chronic pain. I have extensive experience in the treatment of complex musculoskeletal conditions as a pain specialist and certified orthopedic specialist. I believe that all patients have the capacity to heal and see change through an integrated approach of manual therapy, exercise and applying self-care practices. Human tissue is adaptive and so is our nervous system, which is the science of hope for all of us.

Outside of work, I live with my family in the west-metro area of the Minneapolis. You can find me enjoying any activity of the outdoors, trying new recipes in the kitchen, gardening, and spending time with friends and family. I am committed to the wellbeing of myself and others finding balance in life & living each day as full as I can.
