Taylor Carlson, PT, DPT, ATC

I was born and raised in a small town in Minnesota which shaped my values on the importance of hard work, loyalty, and caring for your neighbors. This helped lead me to a career as a healthcare provider and Physical Therapist. During high school, I competed in basketball, volleyball, and softball before continuing my collegiate basketball career at Gustavus Adolphus College where I earned my Bachelor’s in Athletic Training. After Gustavus, I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Saint Catherine University and have been practicing in the world of outpatient sports and orthopedics ever since. I believe that my background as an athlete, Athletic Trainer, and Physical Therapist gives me a unique perspective into injury prevention and the return to play process.

My passion lies with athletes of all ages and abilities returning to doing what they love most. My treatment approach includes a balance of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education. As your Physical Therapist I am committed to not only addressing your injury but also providing you with the tools and knowledge to help maintain a pain-free, active lifestyle.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the lake, hiking, competition of any kind, hunting, and maintaining an active lifestyle outdoors.
