I am a home-grown Minnesotan (St. Cloud) and loves the seasonal weather changes. Growing up, I was active in Cross Country running, Nordic skiing, and Track and Field. Through my high school athletics, I developed a passion for health and wellness which I pursued at the University of Minnesota, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, and then continued on to graduate school at the University of Wisconsin. Based on my vast and unique opportunities through school and various work settings, I bring a lot of experience to rehabilitation, wellness, and performance to ALL ages and abilities. I link the importance of human connection and the power of movement, and particularly how they impact our physical and mental health. I continue my own love to move by running, biking, walking with family and friends, and taking group exercise classes. I also love to relax by taking time to enjoy a cup of coffee and snuggles with my pug, Bagel; reading; baking; and traveling, exploring new restaurants, and playing board games over a glass of vino with my husband, Chris.
