I am a Twin Cities west metro native. I completed my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in St. Augustine, FL. I attended the University of Minnesota-Duluth where I achieved my Bachelors in Exercise Science. I decided to become a physical therapist after going through various injuries as a high school and college cross-county and track and field athlete.
I am passionate about helping patient’s get back to their everyday lives and attaining their goals along the way. I enjoy treating a wide range of diagnoses from general weakness to high level sports related injuries. I value the ability to share my knowledge and promote a healthy lifestyle with patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations.
Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my husband and our two dogs (Bailey and Skye). I’m an avid long-distance runner. I am an assistant high school cross-country coach for Wayzata High School. I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, travelling, skating, working on house projects, and relaxing with friends and family.
